MIKE CHISTE

Mr. Chiste has over two decades of executive management, investing, investment banking, and management consulting experience solely focused on the energy industry.  He has founded, invested in, and managed numerous companies in the upstream, midstream and services segments.

Prior to his entrepreneurial career, Mr. Chiste worked for a boutique energy investment banking firm. As lead banker numerous transactions, he performed extensive due diligence of exploration and production, oilfield services, midstream and alternative energy companies. Mr. Chiste worked with many companies to prepare financial models, management presentations and capital raising strategies. He has extensive relationships with strategic and financial investors.

Mr. Chiste worked for Accenture and its predecessor Andersen Consulting. He was an Executive in the Resources Group providing strategic, management, and technology consulting to the energy, natural resources, utilities, and forest products industries. Mr. Chiste pitched, worked with, and led numerous high-budget, high-profile projects for clients including TXU Energy, Tosco Corporation (acquired by Phillips), American Water Works, Caterpillar, the Transportation and Security Administration (TSA) and Bright House Networks.

Mr. Chiste received his B.B.A. from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University, double majoring in Finance and Management Information Systems.
